Please note these are our starting rate prices and additional charges may increase the pricing based on if the yard is fenced in or if it is a pie shaped/corner lot because of the additional time it take to service the property. ​

Monthly rates are pro-rated on a 12-month basis that includes weekly mowing from May-October and bi-weekly mowing November-April. This includes up to 39 mowing services throughout the year. Our pricing remains the same all year. ***

You will be placed on a specific day of the week for consistency based on the area of your neighborhood. Our service schedule is Monday-Friday (pending weather delays). We will attempt to complete service each week/bi-week, however, weather is out of our control. When we experience 2-3 straight days of rain, for the health of your property due to saturation levels, our experience lawn techs might avoid damaging the yard and delay mowing until the following week. 

What is not included above and may incur additional charges within the basic or premium service are the following: An overgrown yard, overgrown landscape beds, palm trees (above 6'), oak or maple trees that require canopy maintenance. Please request a quote if needing any of these services.
